Origins of Artists Styles-Salvador Dali

This is an ongoing blog discussing, researching and examining artists' styles. Even though an artist's work may be totally new and unique, we can always find another artist or source which has inspired them on an unconscious level or even a conscious level. I am writing about this topic because I have always been fascinated with the language of Art. I am not making any personal claims and I am writing this out of pure pleasure to find a common thread or dialogue that may help us to understand the artist, and where the art world is heading.
